Featuring 4 small rubber-tipped feet that provide stability, they're able to fold completely flat, making them both ideal for the artist on-the-go as a convenient, portable field easel & compact enough to be easily stored away out of sight when not in use.

I bought this for larger-scale calligraphy and artwork and hoped also to use it to teach handwriting. So far, I'm cautiously pleased with the variety of angles and the build quality. I'm a little nervous that the front board is thin (it flexes readily when any weight is put on it) but, on the other hand, this thinness contributes to the lightness of the easel. The ledge at the bottom is glued rather than tacked on. From past experience with glued easel-ledges this will eventually fall off but they are relatively easy to fix.

It's basic, but sturdy and ideal for what I wanted (ie table top drawing board that's easy to store and relatively lightweight) Only deducted a point as it's not exactly professional quality, but perfectly good for a home artist.

I have a smaller one but needed something in A2 size to allow me to work on multiple pieces at the same time. The stand is a little stiff and doesn't slot into place without significant fiddling, but once in place, works just fine.

Perfect easel, sturdy and sits firm on a table. Perfect being wooden and not plastic. The multiple positions make it easy to use wherever the easel is used and it folds away nicely making it easy to store. Great design.

Whilst the product was not what I expected, (different design the photos) in general it appears well made and works as well as it should do. I wanted a drawing board that has a very low setting, this one doesn’t. It is sturdier than I imaged.

Very pleased with the item I have bought. I wanted a slope to rest on the table for me to put my jigsaw board on, to make it easier to work the pieces. It was hard to complete a puzzle flat so one that is angled will be grand.

Not as good quality as one previously bought in hobby craft in a smaller size. Only reason I didn’t purchase one in hobbycrsft this time was it was out of stock. Ironically the hobby craft one came back into stock after I’d placed my order with c&w and I could have picked it up sooner than my delivery from c&w.
