I tried these stretcher bars entirely due to the lower cost compared to Jackson's. To my surprise, the price is actually per bar, not a pair. Arguably that's my fault for assuming, but I've never seen stretch bars sold in singles. So cost-wise, there's no advantage over Jacksons. As for quality, they're a much inferior product. The width of the bars is half that provided by Jacksons, so even with the relatively small sizes of 15cm and 30cm, the canvas feels flimsy. I certainly wouldn't go higher, though for smaller sizes they may be okay. The bars also appear not to be whole pieces, but smaller pieces of pine glued together. You can see the joins every 10cm or so. This may be perfectly archival, but one wonders whether they'll last the test of time, or whether it's good for canvas to be supported by glued together wood. Over all, these are a miss. Should have stuck with Jacksons. Better product for the same price.

Never used stretcher frames before so all a bit new for me. They seem good quality.
