Available in several sizes & varieties, our canvases are made using 100% heavyweight cotton, triple-primed & stretched over a sturdy, lightweight frame of FSC-certified firwood for an affordable, accessible range of materials ideal for creatives of all kinds.

Our Deep Edge range features a depth of 3.6cm, allowing you to extend your work onto the side for a three dimensional effect, with the added benefit of being able to be hung without the hassle of preparation & framing.

The heavyweight 350gsm cotton canvas has been stretched securely across a thick, high-quality frame of sustainably sourced firwood & stapled to the rear (for no unsightly folds or ripples on the corners of your work).

Prepared with three layers of acid-free primer, they're perfect for heavier, more vigorous applications of acrylics, oil colours & mixed media work.

I've used this type of canvas before and fit it works well for all my work. The deep edge means doesn't necessarily need a frame to show off my work

Happy with the size and front surface of the canvas, as I wanted to try a square format, but not happy with the sides as they were very puckered and badly folded. This defeats the object of a deep edge canvas, as I want to paint the sides as part of the painting and not frame it. I have done a practice on one and the canvas quality is ok, but I would only purchase this product again if I was in the shop and could look at it first.

Despite being a basic canvas I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I’m using as a practice piece so it’s never intended to be anything other than. For those reasons I am really happy with this canvas. Additionally, it doesn’t have the annoying cross bar stretcher thankfully.

Product is fine for the price. The packaging however was poor and appeared to be 2 flattened boxes stuck together with parcel tape. No strengthened corners or protection. The parcel arrived bashed but luckily the canvas was undamaged.
