These traditional 3.2mm thick hessian-backed linoleum sheets from Essdee are the definitive carving material for students, hobbyists & professionals alike.
Suitable for use with both water & oil-based inks, these specially developed sheets feature a soft grey surface that can be easily marked using pencils or markers & is suitable for printing onto paper, fabric, card & more!
Available in several sizes, each fully biodegradable sheet is made using natural ingredients including linseed oil & wood flour.

Freshness is really important when buying lino block and C&W stock is always fresh and flexible, making it easy to carve and achieve fine detail.

Trying linoprinting for the first time since school. These blocks are an ideal size for printing greetings cards but I am using them to handprint parts of mixed media additions to old maps. You can see the results @artwithmartine 👩🏼🎨
