POSCA paint is made to a unique water-based formula that delivers bright, matte & opaque results that withstand the test of time. Non-toxic & incredibly dense, this versatile paint is layerable, mixable, water-soluble & weather-resistant (once dry).

Made of high-quality acrylic or plastic (dependent on the marker itself), their ultra-hardwearing bullet, chisel, rectangular & brush tips guarantee a perfectly smooth stroke every time, no matter your creative needs.

A signature of the POSCA range is their characteristic “clicking” sound when being mixed. Each marker features a small internal ball that, when shaken, ensures the paint is thoroughly mixed in order to maintain a reliable, consistent texture.

Materials

POSCA markers are a creative tool that can be used on all surfaces, with temporary or permanent results dependent on the surface itself.

For porous materials (wood, cardboard, fabric etc), there’s no need for fixatives as the paint is absorbed into the material itself. However, on most smooth, non-porous materials (glass, PVC, metal etc) they can be erased very easily.

Of course, you can always use a fixative spray of some form, if you’d like your creations to last longer.

All that AND they don’t bleed through paper.
