Sugar Cane Watercolour from Hahnemühle offers a naturally white, acid-free and environmentally conscious surface for the discerning watercolourist.
Made with 70% Sugar Cane fibres and 30% Cotton rag, these pads are characterised by their highly textured, cold-pressed and homogenous surface ideal for watercolour, gouache and a variety of wet-on-wet techniques. Featuring 12 sheets of easily removable heavyweight 290gsm paper, these acid-free, age-resistant and vegan pads allow for brilliant colour gradients, washouts & simple corrections.
Part of their Natural Line of papers, Sugar Cane Watercolour has a highly stable & tear-resistant surface with a velvety feel that's able to absorb large amounts of water and colours without curling or warping. Made using plant-based residues from the textile industry, they're an ideal option for watercolourists concerned with environmental impact.
