These versatile mixed-media pads from Clairefontaine are PEFC certified, contain 30 sheets of 250gsm, acid-free, 100% cellulose paper made using raw materials from sustainably managed forests & are available in a range of sizes.
The heavyweight & highly absorbent paper is suitable for a wide variety of wet media including watercolour, gouache, acrylic & ink & featuring a lightly textured surface for pencil, graphite, charcoal & pastels whilst remaining smooth enough for finer details with fineliner pens.
The sheets in this pad have a natural colouring, making for an unusual background to your creations!

I wanted brown paper to draw on with white as well as sanguine, sepia and black - the paper is great for the other colours but is too pale (sort of light beige) for white to show up well. It shows up, but in poor light I have to tilt the page to see it, if you see what I mean...

Great product just started using it and it has a very different quality and colour making a change from white. I bought two different sizes so I’ll be well away trying different drawings and paintings on it.

This is beautiful quality, buff coloured paper. Was happy with watercolour pencil, no buckling of paper.
