Offering the same benefits as traditional oil colours in a convenient & intuitive handheld form, Extra-Fine Oil Sticks from Sennelier will change how you view oil painting.

Made using a combination of safflower oil, high-quality neutral mineral wax & pure, concentrated pigments, these pastel-like sticks offer bold colours with a thick, buttery consistency.

Touch dry in 2-4 days (dependent on thickness of application), they can be varnished once fully dry & paired with various solvents for a plethora of effects in your work.

Incredibly versatile, they're suitable for use with canvas, board, oil painting paper & more!

Please note: These feature a fine protective film which must be removed before use & will re-form if not used.

very good product, but one star off because the plastic sheath is really fiddly and it can be difficult to get the stick out of the plastic box - try it and see what I mean

These oil sticks are really good for putting in the paint box when travelling as they dry quite quickly and mix with other paints and media a bit messy to use at times.

The product is good very smooth to use. I was expecting the sticks to be thinner as it indicated extra fine. This was my misinterpretation.

as they were on offer i could fit them into my budget but when the user end dries over some is wasted so i cant be as expressive and free with it as i would have liked.
