David Webb has written numerous books on both drawing & watercolour, with his previous title Still Life in Watercolour also proving to be a popular best-seller in it's own right.  After spending many years specialising in detailed natural history illustrations, he later converted to pure watercolour & adopting a looser, freer style as demonstrated in this book.

His work is on display in a number of galleries & when he isn't writing, he runs painting holidays & workshops whilst demonstrating across the UK.
