Pebeo Assorted Deco Flakes

Available in several metallic colours, these deco flakes from Pebeo can be applied to almost any surface for a series of effects.

Best used with a water-based adhesive, such as their very own Gilding Paste, you're able to easily create a unique, aged or crackled vintage style with a shimmering finish in your illustrations, on frames, decorations & more!

Alternatively, using Gilding Leaves would produce a similar finish, but with a smoother application thanks to their larger sheets.
These are available in both a vibrant gold & a shimmering silver tone.

Instructions

• Make sure the surface you're working with is clean & dry.
• Apply the Gilding Paste, using a soft, synthetic brush.
• Leave to dry for around 15 minutes, or until it feels "tacky".
• Brushing delicately with your soft brush, carefully lay the flakes over the prepared area.
• Be sure to use a varnish to protect your finished piece, whatever that may be.
