This Jakar Swivel Knife has a blade that can rotate through 360 degrees, making it easy to precisely cut curves and circles in a wide range of media, including paper, plastic, balsawood, thin metal, cloth, film and acetate. I had never used one of these before but when I did I found the movement made it flow around curves and straight lines, very good, will recommend.
