This Jakar Swivel Knife has a blade that can rotate through 360 degrees, making it easy to precisely cut curves and circles in a wide range of media, including paper, plastic, balsawood, thin metal, cloth, film and acetate. The Jakar Swivel Knife comes complete with three spare blades, and extra blades are available in packs of 5.
