Bockingford is a beautiful English watercolour paper, traditionally made on a cylinder mould machine at St Cuthberts Mill in Somerset. The paper is of exceptional quality and is produced using pure materials to archival standards. This paper comes in size 22 x 30"and is packed in 10s.
Its attractive surface is created using natural woollen felts that give it a distinctive random texture and is widely appreciated for its excellent colour lifting abilities. The paper is cold pressed, which is often referred to as NOT – i.e. ‘not hot pressed’. This means that the paper surface has a moderate texture, generally considered to be the easiest to use. It’s an extremely forgiving watercolour paper valued by professional and amateur artists around the world.
