Developed to create a robust, flexible & permanent ground for use with acrylic & oil paints, Non-Absorbent Acrylic Primer (NAAP) from Michael Harding is a versatile, artist-quality primer available in several colours.
Available in several highly-pigmented colours, NAAP develops a strong bond between paint layers. It's non-absorbent nature allows for improved control & expression in your work, whilst preserving the vibrancy of your colours & freshness of your brushstrokes.
Suitable for a variety of surfaces including cotton, linen, wood, MDF & more, the incredible versatility of NAAP means you can tailor your support to your needs.
Coat Application
Apply liberally to your chosen support, with a minimum of 2 coats needed.
Be sure to ensure the 1st coat is touch dry (approx. 1hr) before applying the 2nd.
Dilution for Flow
If you would like increased flow, NAAP can be diluted using water.
To do this effectively, you'll need a ratio of 1 part water to 4 parts NAAP.
